Project Description:
DRT seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Analyst to manage curriculum development, training coordination, and technical support for public health workforce development programs. This role focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of training delivery, overseeing technical systems, and fostering collaboration to enhance public health solutions.
The Program Analyst will support CDC related programs and fellowships and build relationships with partners working with tribes and tribal serving organizations and/or recipients from state, local, tribal, and territorial health departments. The Analyst will apply their education and knowledge of public health to the following areas:
- Learning Platform Management
- Program Monitoring and Reporting
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Support
- Curriculum Development and Training Oversight
Job Summary:
Work collaboratively with the government to help deliver IT solutions, assets and IT infrastructure to government and contract employees. Manage small projects and analyze the data to make recommendations to the government. Work with the government to develop, manage, and advertise processes that are related to IT; may involve making recommendations on ways to improve current processes.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with CDC and National Center for State, Tribal, Local, and Territorial Public Health Infrastructure and Workforce personnel, external public health partners, and tribal health officials across the US to identify technical assistance needs and coordinate logistics for delivery.
- Assist with the development and implementation of the public health curriculum to address skill gaps and align with strategic public health training needs.
- Facilitate training sessions and develop program-specific job aids and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide technical oversight for learning management systems, ensuring efficient delivery and access to training.
- Four years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- $54,000-$71,000
