Our world-class consultants unite people to work collaboratively to achieve project goals and make vision a reality.Project Description:The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Purchase Card Program, located within the Office of Operations (OO), Office of Finance, Budget, and Acquisitions & Planning (OFBAP), Office of Acquisition and Grants Services (OAGS), is responsible for Purchase Card Program management, oversight, and policy implementation. Currently, there are approximately 698 Cardholders (CH’s) and 272 cardholder Approving Officials (AO’s) throughout the nine Centers residing within the FDA. Job Summary:The FDA Agency/Organization Program Coordinator (AOPC), also known as the FDA Purchase Card Program Manager, is responsible for the management and oversight of the FDA Purchase Card Program.The primary objective of this acquisition is to transition the manual audit processes for the Purchase Card to an automated PowerApps system.Responsibilities:- Leads creation of the OAGS Purchase Card PowerApps Portal
- Create reports for OAGS team using PowerApps
- Create Dashboards using PowerApps
- Design and implement portal changes based on Stakeholder feedback
- Create EPLC documentation and artifacts
- Work closely with Customer to develop requirements
- Perform testing and coordinate UAT testing with the customer
- Demo work weekly on what has been changed/updated since the last iteration
- Create all deliverables as outlined in project Statement of Work (SOW) as needed/required
- Create monthly status reports
- Analyzes user‐specific business needs to determine functional requirements.
- Demonstrates exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Require Experience:- 8+ years of experience working in a developer role
Preferred Experience:- Experience working with the FDA
Education & Training:- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Masters preferred.
Salary Range:- Salary commensurate with experience.
